Capture

PureTech’s material captures harmful gases such as CO2. NOx, and VOCs from the air. As air passes over the surface, these pollutants are adsorbed, initiating the purification process.

Adsorption

Once captured, the gases are adsorbed into the surface of the material, where they remain trapped, preventing them from being released back into the environment.

Conversation

Through a natural chemical reaction, the pollutants are transformed: CO2 is converted into carbonates such as CaCOz, and NOx converts into small quantities of harmless nitrates. These stable byproducts ensure the air is purified effectively.

Release

The byproducts are released as tiny mineral particles, which are gradually removed from the surface by minimal friction, allowing PureTech to continue adsorbing and purifying the air continuously.

PURE.TECH paint is a water-based formulation designed with low VOCs, suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It can be easily applied using standard tools such as rollers, brushes, or sprayers. Recognizing the significance of each project, we offer the ability to produce paints in personalized colors according to RAL or NCS International Charts, complying with the specific needs of the industry.

How is it integrated in Paper u0026 Carton?

PURE.TECH has developed a specialized primer for coating paper that can be applied using Flexo and Offset printing techniques. The final product can have either a glossy or matte finish. Additionally, our products meet international standards for use in food and toy applications, ensuring safety and compliance for final users.

How long does PURE.TECH remain effective?

PURE.TECH functions like a continuous breathing cycle. Multiple tests conducted by certified laboratories have confirmed this cycle’s efficiency, particularly after the release of byproduct particles, which can be activated through mechanical action or simple water applied to the surface. The NOx elimination remains constant having the top category of elimination capacity, according to certified laboratory tests following the ISO 22197-1:2016 (E) standard.
